Technical Analysis

Fundamentally, the OKLO stock seems to have a bright future ahead, but talking about the technical aspects, the stock is trading all-time high, that too with huge volume. Due to the FOMO factor, investors and traders must be entering. But as we can see, the stock is trading high with RSI in an over-bought zone, which can create a big trap. Also market completed a falling wedge pattern target, so profit booking can be seen from this level.

The best opportunity to enter the trade will trigger in two ways:

  1. If the price comes to retest the $16.62 level which acted as a resistance for the stock, Buyers can enter the trade with the stop-loss of $13.90 and target near an all-time high.
  2. This can be a high-risk reward trade as the price is taking constant support from 20 EMA. Entry will trigger once the stock retests the EMA with Hammer candle, Marubozu Candle, or Big Buyers candle. With a stop-loss set below the candle and target all-time high.

#1 Loser: Neumora Stock

With a sharp fall of -14.80%, Neumora Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: NMRA) shocked the Market Participants, as the company was delivering consistent returns. From +34.9% returns in 6 months to nearly 10% returns in the previous month. Huge selling by Promoters and Securities houses could be the major reason behind the sudden fall.

As of the SEC filing Companies director Matthew K. Fust sold a total of 21,788 shares between the price band of $17.0103 to $17.0346 per share. This transaction took place on October 17th and 18th estimating sales of approximately $370,961. To put the final nail on it, SG Americas Securities LLC sold the share and lowered its holding by 62.5% during the third quarter.

The Major selling from the Promoters and Securities affected the market sentiments as sales by them can affect the investors’ belief in the stock.

Technical Analysis

Fundamentally, Neumota Therapeutics Inc. has dried down a little bit, but the technical aspect can create both buying and selling scenarios once the stock comes to retest $12.90 support, which is marked as crucial support in the image.

We need to consider different factors before deciding which trend stock is currently trading in.

  1. The stock was moving up using 20 EMA support and with this huge fall, it broke the support.
  2. Looking at the RSI, the line has crossed the 50 level from upwards, which clearly indicates that the stock can now enter the selling zone.

If the Market breaks the $12.90 level and sustains below it, a selling position can be made with the stop-loss above the 20 EMA, target one of $10.40 and target two of $8.57.

On the other hand, if we look at the bigger picture then we can see that the market still has the strength to move upwards. The decisive level for the market is $12.90; if the market takes support from the level and again breaks the 20 EMA from the bottom, then a buying opportunity will trigger with the target of $17.10 and stop-loss below the candle.
